12'' x 6" Risers and Covers
The Risers can be cast into concrete or used with the Polylok D-Box (Patent No# 3017-12). They come with a flat cover, galvanized steel grate, plastic grate, or with an inspection port. All of our risers have structural ribs on the inside so frost cant adhere to them in frost prone areas like other manufactures can.

Riser Safety Screen 20'' and 24''
Polylok, Inc is proud to offer our new 20 and 24 riser Safety Screens. These bright yellow, heavy-duty ABS screens act as a secondary layer of protection if the riser cover is unknowingly damaged or removed. The screen fits in the upper most riser stack of our Polylok 24 x 6, 20 x 6 and 20 x 12 risers and prevents entry into the tank. The Safety Screen has been test to 250 lbs per sq. ft. and comes with a built in handle. For a better nights sleep, make this a part of your riser installation each and every time!

24 Heavy Duty Cover & Adapter Ring for Corrugated Pipe
Many of our customers have asked for heavy duty riser covers that can work with either Polylok risers or U.S. and Canadian (IPEX) corrugated pipe. Our engineers have developed new 24 Heavy Duty Covers that will do just that. Like our standard Polylok covers, they are watertight and airtight. Our heavy-duty covers were tested at an outside laboratory and passed standard static load testing to 5000 lbs, as well as center and off center impact load testing to 150 ft lbs. As with all of our riser products, we use the highest UV package on the market today.
Additionally we offer Adapter Rings for Corrugated Pipe. These adapter rings will allow you to secure pipe to any concrete tank.

Adapter Ring
This is the only adapter ring in the market that accepts 20" or 24" risers. Our adapter ring is ideal for retrofitting existing septic tanks and can be secured with ease. Our adapter rings are made of virgin high density polyethylene.

Polylok's 20" & 24" Riser-to-Riser Adapter allows any other manufacturer's tanks, risers or corrugated pipe to be converted to Polylok's Risers. Simply screw or butyl our adapter onto the appropriate structure and that's it! You can now use any 20" or 24" Polylok Riser.

All of our Polylok 20 and 24 covers meet these new requirements. We offer 20 covers, 24 covers and 24 Heavy Duty covers with or without insulation. Our insulation is easy to install and ships with the covers. Simply insert the pre-cut insulation into the cover, no extra steps.
