24" IPEX Cast-In Tank Adapter Ring

Polylok's 24" IPEX cast-in tank adapter ring is ideal for casting into tanks to accept 24" IPEX pipe. The 24" IPEX cast-in adapter ring will not only create a tight connection to 24" IPEX pipe but will also accept 24" corrugated pipe making it a versatile choice among Precasters. Use Polylok's pro-grade adhesive/ sealant (PL-E6100) for a simple and secure installation. Our 24" IPEX cast-in tank adapter ring is made of ABS plastic.

Installation Instructions using Polylok's PL-E6100 pro-grad adhesive/ sealant:

Step 1: Check that your 24" IPEX pipe has a smooth end flat cut as possible.

Step 2: Apply Polylok pro-grade adhesive/ sealant (PL-E6100) or equivalent adhesive/ sealant to both mating surfaces. Apply adhesive/ sealant to inside wall of the IPEX pipe and on the opposing mating surface on the outside of the PL-24IPA-CI adapter.

Step: 3 Place the IPEX pipe into the PL-24IPA-CI while the adhesive/ sealant is still wet. Give the adapter a quarter turn and hold it in place for a few moments to set it in place.
