STACKABLE SLAB BOLSTERS

The Polylok slab bolster allows you more flexibility when stacking rebar. Our bolsters are available

in 44” lengths and can accommodate heights of 3/4”, 1”, 1¼”, 1½”, 1¾”, 2”, 2¼”, 2½”, 2¾”, and 3”.

Unlike any other bolster on the market, the Polylok bolster can be stacked into a multi-level configuration,

meeting specific height requirements. Note: 1/4” in height is lost when stacked.

FEATURES

• Connection points are designed to eliminate possible

separation or buckling

• Ends can be connected for additional lengths or for a round

configuration

• Stacking design allows for multiple rebar levels

• Ideal for pouring precast, garage parking decks, tilt walls

and other structures requiring additional rebar reinforcement

• Meets all requirements and qualifies as a CRSI Class 1

BEAM BOLSTER UPPERS

Polylok’s beam bolster uppers are used for supporting

one layer of steel above another, and spacing them

to required distances. May be used on soft material

or fill. Our beam bolster uppers are available in 44”

lengths and can be easily fastened together for

longer spans.
