STEP SYTEM
The Polylok STEP system is designed for septic
and effluent tank pumping. It can be used in an
advanced wastewater treatment system or in a
STEP collection system. The STEP system has a
unique structural design to ensure long life and
performance.
FEATURES
• The filter and float tree are designed to allow removal for
cleaning without removal of the pump or housing
• Standard models are available in 49” or 57” Simplex and
49” or 57” Duplex pumping configurations

PRE-PACKAGED BASIN ASSEMBLY

to assemble a pump station? You don’t have to!
Polylok offers a pre-packaged basin assembly.
This all-inclusive unit comes ready to assemble.
It is made of high-density polyethylene and is
lightweight, compact and ready to go.
Installation is easy! All you need to do is glue three
pieces of PVC and connect the inlet and outlet
pipes, provide power and you’re ready to go. The
design allows you to add the Polylok adapter ring
so you can add up to 24” of Polylok risers to reach
your desired height. The pre-packaged basin
assembly is easy to access and easy to disconnect
for future servicing.
INCLUDED COMPONENTS
• 24” x 40” basin
• 24” heavy duty cover
• Effluent pump (.4HP) with a piggyback float for automatic
on/off operation
• Indoor/outdoor audible and visual alarm with float
• Internal piping system (2” PVC piping and a gate, check
and union all in one valve assembly)
• Three grommets:
- One 4” inlet
- One 2” discharge
- One 1½” for electrical
• Junction box with 3 watertight connectors
