POLY II OE
1¼” - 2” HIGH PRESSURE SEALS
Made of durable EPDM rubber, this flexible
pipe-to-concrete connector exceeds all new
ASTM C-923, C-1227 & C-1644-06 specifications.
Using these boots ensures water tight connections.
This seal can be cast into concrete simply by
us i ng our Po l y l ok p l as t i c mandre l or any
existing two inch boot mandrel. Works with
1¼’’– 2’’pipe.

3” & 4” HIGH PRESSURE SEALS
This is Polylok’s original closed end boot seal. It
is ideal for applications requiring vacuum or water
testing.
FEATURES
• Accepts 3'' or 4'' pipe.
• Meets or exceeds all new ASTM C-923, C-1227 &
C-1644-06 specifications
• Seal can be used in tanks with 2½''– 6'' wall thickness
• Quick and easy installation of seal to mandrel
• No openings in Poly III CE Seal until ready to connect
(no plugs necessary for vacuum testing)
• Accepts Universal Ready Adapter to make baffle or filter

1¼” - 2” HIGH PRESSURE SEALS
Complete with an external stainless steel hose
clamp, when installed correctly this two inch open
end boot will perform up to 10 psi or 10 in. hg.
The boot accepts 2” SCH 40 or SDR 35. It can be
cast into walls from 2½” to 4” thickness and is
easy to vacuum test. Works with 1¼’’– 2’’ pipe.
